Such promising products are rigorously tested in target markets to confirm adaptability and performance prior to introduction. Seeds of selected products are then introduced to growers through a diligent process in which our field teams work closely with end-users to educate them about key value attributes of products and specific agronomic requirements to ensure high returns from the use of our products.
Our field force strongly believes in demonstrating value proposition of our new products to growers through demo fields and extension activity. It is this effort from the sales and marketing team that fuels demand for our products. Seeds of such demanded products are then distributed to growers through a network of distributors in India and across the world under INDOSEM brand. Our sales and product development teams continue to work closely with farmers to understand their present needs, production constraints and future opportunities. In addition, our teams also put in constant efforts to understand changing market trends and farmer requirements with an objective of developing tailor made products that maximise returns to end users of our products. In International markets, dedicated seed distribution houses aggressively market our products through intense field activity supported by a technically strong field force.
