To qualify for the Tropica Internship as a student you need to have the following:
1- An enrolment in a full time student program at the Masters or PhD level in any university in any discipline.
2- High interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact well with a team, and the ability to work independently.
3- Self-motivated individuals with strong detail and results orientation with demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
Internship at Tropica would provide you opportunities to learn, grow and hone your skills. Senior managers would be around to groom, mentor and guide you, constantly evaluating your performance at the halfway mark and the conclusion of the internship. An excellent performance and a natural fit into the organisation philosophy and value systems, will pave the way for a full time employment for vacant positions on successful completion of the intern’s education.
